Steak Marinade In A Pinch!

I am not that big of a red meat eater, but I think this marinade will please even the most skeptical omnivore. I suggest a thin cut steak. Here is what you'll need to make your next steak tangy, sweet, and all the flavors in between.

Ingredients

1/3 cup of Soy sauce

1/3 cup of Worcestershire sauce

1/3 cup of Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup of dijon or spicy brown mustard

1 tablespoon of sugar

2 medium garlic cloves

1/2 Tablespoon of black pepper

Directions

1. Mince the garlic and add it into a large bowl.

2. Add the olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, mustard, pepper  and sugar into the bowl. Whisk the mixture until well combined.

3. In a large container with a top, add steaks and pour marinade over the top.

4. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.

5. Cook steaks to desired degree of doneness.

Tips and Combinations

This marinade is perfect for a steak stir-fry or fajitas! If you heat the excess marinade to boiling it makes a great simple sauce.
